A deposit of €2,000 per person is required to confirm bookings.
Cancellations may be made up to 21 days before the arrival date. In the event of cancellation after this date, the following charges will be applied:   

• 20 days or less before arrival date: 20% of the total cost of the stay
• 14 days or less before arrival date: 50% of the total cost of the stay
• 7 days or less before arrival date: 80% of the total cost of the stay
• one day before arrival or failure to arrive: 100% of the total cost of the stay.

In the event of an early departure from the hotel, you will nonetheless be required to pay for the services you have booked.

The arrival date may be changed up to 14 days before the date booked. In the event of the arrival date being changed with less than 14 days’ notice, a charge of €2,000 per person will be applied.

Guests may check in from 3:00pm on the day of arrival.

Guest must check out by 11:00am on the day of departure. Late check-out on request. In the event of early departure, all the nights the room was booked for will be charged.

The rates are per room per night and are subject to availability. Rates might change without notice. Programmes are designed for 7 nights stay; however shorter stays are possible.

Venice

Shuttle service to/from Venice Airport (Friday, Saturday, & Sunday only)
Departure from Palace Merano at 7:30 a.m., arrival at Venice Airport at 10:30 a.m.
Departure from Venice Airport at 1:00 p.m., arrival at Palace Merano around 4:00 p.m.
Departure times from Palace Merano and Venice are not subject to change.
The shuttle service can accommodate a maximum of 4 people, with a cost of €250,00 per person (one-way).
Due to organizational reasons, please book the service at least 24 hours in advance.

We recommend you pack a bathing costume, tracksuit and running shoes. Guests can have breakfast and lunch in their bathrobe, however for dinner in the dietetic restaurants elegant or smart clothing is required. It is advisable to pack a swimsuit, tracksuit and sneakers.

In order to make your stay quiet and relaxed parents or accompanying persons bear full responsibility and have to look after their children in the restaurant and in the swimming pool. Ball games or noise-generating games (in the park) are not allowed. On request we can arrange professional services for outdoor activities.

Rates:

• € 145.00 per day for children aged 2 to 12 years, with a bed in their parents’ room. Meals will be charged à la carte.
• € 165.00 per day for children aged 13 years and over, with a bed in their parents’ room. Meals will be charged à la carte.

Only small dogs are admitted. During the day dogs have to be followed by the owner or by a dog sitter (dog sitting service upon request at extra charge). Dogs are not allowed to stay alone in the room. Dogs have to be at a leash all times in the common areas of the hotel. Dogs are not allowed in the following areas: Restaurant, terraces, bar, the Spa and Medical departments, all treatment rooms, the indoor and outdoor pool area, the main hotel park & garden. For damages or spots caused by dogs, the Hotel Management reserves the right to charge the extra cleaning or replacement costs without notice.

Daily rate: € 45,00. Dog`s food on request at extra charge.

In the parking area there are two charging stations for electric cars.

In the room there are 2 PC workstations and 2 Apple workstations with fast fibre Wi-Fi.

The outdoor swimming pool is heated and accessible from 1st May to 31st October.
